Adult Day Program Application Process
- Schedule a Tour Indianapolis &/or Fishers Campus
- Before the visit please bring someone close to you, such as a team member that understands your history and needs
- Arrive at your appointed time, tour of the facility, ask questions, visit with several groups, enjoy the time!
- Like what you see? We will schedule you to re-visit with a few groups to observe what Group is a good fit
- Upon confirmation, we can begin the Intake Process
- There is a possibility of being placed on a waiting list
