OTB Main Campus

Years of experience and a shared passion for supporting people with developmental disabilities, Outside the Box, Inc. co-founders, Kelly Hartman & Megan Greek envisioned giving people more ... More opportunities with hope for learning and maintaining a more purposeful life.

Early 2008, the OTB dream became a reality. Starting in a borrowed conference room with just two part-time employees, a graduate intern, and a four-person clientele ... within the first two years, expanding into a new space housing 15 staff and nearly 100 participants. Today OTB Main Campus resides in a 14,000 square foot former long term care facility on seven acres of green space supporting over 350 participants and over 50 staff. The Fishers Campus opened to Participants, July, 2023, and will move to it's future full-time home in the planned Fishers Community & Recreation Center November 2025!
