Michelle Miller has been with Outside the Box since 2017, previously serving as the Director of Development. As Executive Director, Michelle oversees all aspects of operations, planning, budgeting, and program implementation. Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, she has over twenty-one years experience in fundraising, event planning, and alumni relations. Michelle has also been involved in Capital Campaigns for Culver Academies, Purdue University, and The Orchard School.

Kyrie Forrester joined Outside the Box in December 2023 as the Development Administrator. Prior to joining OTB, Kyrie was OTB Founder, Kelly Hartman's Executive Assistant, and during that time she was able to learn about all of the incredible things that Outside the Box offers. Throughout her life, Kyrie has loved and supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in various roles – starting in the 4th grade, where she would spend her recess time with the children that attended the school next door, Tri-County Opportunity School.  Kyrie has been a camp counselor, an instructional assistant, a respite caretaker, and a direct support professional. She is truly the happiest when she is being of service to others! Kyrie likes to spend her free time with her family and friends, watching movies, and hanging out with her husband, Brian, and their adored animals Blazor, Zoey (dogs), Rika, and Luna (cats).

Staff Support Specialist

Anthony Brown, Staff Support Specialist, with over fifteen years of experience in leadership, working, and volunteering in recreational sports and ministry. Anthony’s experience in recreational sports managing three teams with a host of coaches and volunteers. Anthony’s leadership abilities, dedication, and faith in God opened the door of opportunity allowing him to step through it, being ordained and installed as the Senior Pastor of Mt. Calvary FWBC. His primary focus is lifting his family, community, and social relationships fostering an atmosphere for success. This focus allows Anthony to educate and empower the people he serves directly. Anthony attended Indiana Business College & Indiana Wesleyan University earning two Associate of Science Degrees in Business and Ministry Administration.

Anthony is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Anthony is inspired daily by agape love, family, friends, and faith. He loves to study, go to the movies, and play online video games with his children.

Coordinator of Business Operations

Toni joined Outside The Box in 2013 as the first Administrative Assistant. Through the years she has worn "many hats" including Group Facilitator and numerous administrative tasks.  In 2021, she became the Coordinator of Business Operations.  She has over 20 years of Human Resource experience with 15 years of Management & Supervisory roles. Toni is very service-minded fully believing in the mission of OTB.

Toni resides in rural Indiana where she has raised five amazing children - Whom all have volunteered at OTB over the years. Toni is also blessed with two of the sweetest granddaughters around!

Fishers Program Manager

Payton started at Outside the Box as a Job Coach in the Employment department, where she has really enjoyed supporting participants in reaching their goals and finding meaningful work. Over the past year, she has grown so much in this role and has loved being a part of such a supportive and passionate team.

Payton brings four years of experience in the ABA field, which has strengthened her skills in creating supportive and individualized plans. She is also currently finishing her degree in ASL/English Interpreting, which has made her appreciation for connection and inclusivity very strong!

Payton resides in Lebanon IN and is a proud dog mom to two Rottweilers, Bear and Bonnie ... who keep life fun and very chaotic.
