• Indiana Department of Health Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidelines

CDC guidelines effective March 14, 2022

• Masks optional for staff and participants
• OTB reserves the right to change this policy at any moment should new recommendations arise*

COVID-19 Close Contact Guidelines

• Close Contact:  Contact with an infected person for a cumulative 15 minutes or more within a 24-hour period
• CDC recommends completing the primary series of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine within the last 6 months and completed the J&J vaccine series within the last 2 months
• No need to quarantine unless you develop symptoms 
• If symptoms develop, get tested, stay home until you receive negative results

Knowingly Exposed to COVID-19?

• Get tested at day 5 after exposure
• If symptoms occur, immediately quarantine for 5 days or until a negative test confirms symptoms are not attributable to COVID-19

COVID-19 Symptoms?

• Stay home for 5 days - OR -
• Proof of negative COVID-19 test
• Return to OTB with a negative test, no symptoms, or resolving symptoms
• Roommate(s) do not need to stay home if they are asymptomatic 

Health History - Please have physician documentation regarding seasonal allergies, IBS, the common cold, and/or other medical reasons that mimic COVID-19 symptoms

Positive COVID-19 Test?

• STAY HOME FOR 5 DAYS
• If you have no symptoms or have resolving symptoms, return to work after the 5 days of onset
• You must mask for 5 days upon returning to OTB
• Roommate(s) with positive COVID-19, Staff and Participants do not need to stay home If current with booster shot(s)
• No booster shot?  Roommate positive?  Staff and Participants must stay home for 5 days 

Domestic Travel - No need to get tested or isolate before returning to OTB, unless symptomatic
